So who does Sarah teach? Women of any age, from all walks of life and all manner of professions. These classes are a great gift for yourself, for a teenage daughter, a Christmas gift shared between a few girlfriends or a wedding gift from a bride to herself and her bridesmaids.

The Fabulous in High Heels master class lasts for 90 minutes at a rate of £150.
The class may be booked privately or shared between two people booking at the same time. Each additional person wanting to join the same class will cost £50 per head.
Studio payments are cash or cheque only.

SECRETS OF DEPORTMENT classic grace with a 21st century twist
If you would like to walk with more grace and poise, and in a way that makes your body feel fabulous with every step you take, you will benefit from my FIHH master class 'Screts of Deportment'.
There are no books placed on the head in this wonderful session. Instead, you’ll learn a series of gentle stretching and strengthening exercises for your entire body from the feet up. You’ll then move on to put them into practice as you walk. The end result? Better posture, better carriage, better style!
Sarah's encouraging, empathetic and fun approach to teaching and coaching will boost your confidence, and you’ll leave with an inspiring exercise program that you can build, with ease, in to your busy daily life. What more could a girl want?
